On average, clients spend between $15–$50 per guest for catered events, with more premium experiences like plated meals or custom marketing packages ranging higher. Finger food, on the other hand, is a broader category that includes anything you can eat without utensils—think sliders, skewers, mini tacos, or spring rolls. Canapés are finger food, but not all finger foods are canapés.

How does my order get delivered?


Once your order is confirmed, our team coordinates everything—so you don’t have to worry. We work directly with the restaurant to prepare your food fresh, then deliver it straight to your event location on time. Whether it’s a boxed lunch drop-off or a full buffet setup, we ensure everything arrives ready to serve, with careful attention to packaging, presentation, and timing. Need setup help? Just let us know—we’ve got you covered.

We ask for at least 2 days’ notice to ensure everything is fresh, organized, and perfectly planned. For larger events or custom requests, a bit more time is always appreciated—but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute needs whenever possible.

We don’t supply tableware directly, but we partner with restaurants and vendors who do. If your event requires plates, utensils, or glassware, we’re happy to coordinate those details through our trusted partners to make sure you have everything you need for a seamless experience.
